Shri Salim Gangadharan is a distinguished banking professional with over four decades of experience in banking regulation, financial supervision, foreign exchange management, and corporate governance. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Economics from the University of Kerala and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

He served in various senior positions in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), including Chief General Manager, Foreign Exchange Department, Regional Director for Kerala and Lakshadweep, and Principal Chief General Manager. He also worked with the Central Bank of Oman and was a faculty member at the Bankers Training College, Mumbai.

Shri Gangadharan has served as Director on the Boards of Syndicate Bank and Central Bank of India and subsequently as Independent Director and Non-Executive Chairman of South Indian Bank. He has also been associated with various educational and skill development initiatives as an advisor.

He was appointed as an Independent Director of Agro Indus Credits Limited in May 2026. His extensive experience in banking, finance, regulation, risk management, and corporate governance provides valuable guidance to the Company's strategic direction and governance framework.
